Wireless Subwoofer Kit: The Paradigm Defiance WT is a wireless subwoofer kit that is designed specifically for select Paradigm Defiance Series powered subwoofers (sold separately). The Defiance WT wireless subwoofer kit consists of a wireless transmitter and receiver. The Defiance WT lets you place your compatible Paradigm Defiance Series powered subwoofer practically anywhere in your room without the need of inconvenient cabling and without sacrificing speed or performance. Compatible Paradigm Defiance Series powered subwoofers include –
2.4GHZ Wireless Transmission: The Defiance WT wireless subwoofer kit features fast and clear 2.4GHz dynamic frequency selection with instant error correction and a 50′ wireless range. Once the included wireless transmitter and receiver are installed, simply press the Sync button on each device to wireless pair them together.
Wireless Transmitter: The included wireless transmitter (TX) features stereo RCA inputs that connect to the LFE our subwoofer output on your AV receiver, integrated amplifier, or preamplifier/processor. If your AV receiver or preamplifier/processor features an LFE output, you only have to connect the wireless transmitter’s Right RCA input. The wireless transmitter (TX) can simply mounted on a shelf or other flat tabletop surface. The wireless transmitter measures 3.5″ (w) x 1.125″ (h) x 4.875″ (d).
Wireless Receiver: The included wireless receiver (RX) plugs into the USB-A port on the back of your compatible Paradigm Defiance Series powered subwoofer. The wireless receiver measures 2.1875″ (w) x 0.8125″ (h) x 2.375″ (d).
Power Requirements: The wireless transmitter (TX) comes with an AC power that will need to plugged into the back of the transmitter and into an AC power outlet or surge protector (sold separately – see Accessories Tab). The wireless receiver (RX) receives its power directly from your compatible Defiance Series powered sub’s USB-A port (no separate AC power required).
